What is original
The interface, software, worked scenarios, worksheets, allocation algorithm, and explanatory copy are original. No paid patterns or proprietary yarn databases are included. Basic arithmetic is independently derived, with definitions documented on the methodology page.
Sources differ in how they use “take-up,” “shrinkage,” and “allowance.” Read the denominator beside each input when transferring a percentage from another worksheet.
